What is your return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Average shipping times?
Standard shipping time is between 5 and 9 days with Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking link. Use the link anytime to follow your order all the way to your door.
What happens if my product is broken?
If your bottle arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damaged packaging and the bottle itself at info@partyshots.com.au. Once received, we will arrange a replacement order for you right away.
I didn’t get an email from my order!
Before emailing or contacting us please check your junk mail! First time purchasers will often receive emails directly there. If you do find our emails in your junk mail simply open it up and mark it as ‘not trash’. Your inbox will then continue to put it in to your main inbox.
