When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 5–10 business days, though regional or remote areas may take up to 14 business days.
I haven't received my order confirmation - What should I do?
Before emailing or contacting us please check your junk mail! First time purchasers will often receive emails directly there. If you do find our emails in your junk mail simply open it up and mark it as ‘not trash’. Your inbox will then continue to put it in to your main inbox.
Please wait 2 business days to see if a confirmation/order update email comes through, prior to reaching out to our customer support team.
I put the wrong address - How do I change it?
You must enter the correct delivery address and instructions when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately—we can update the address only if the order has not been dispatched.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will need to contact Australia Post directly to redirect your parcel. You can request a redirection via the AusPost app.
My order returned to sender - Why and what do I do?
Orders may be returned if the parcel is undeliverable, damaged, or unclaimed. Once we receive and process the returned order, we will contact you via email with the next steps, including options for redelivery or refund.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, PartyShots only ships within Australia.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the contact information you provided at checkout:
Email: If you entered an email address, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Mobile number: If you only provided a mobile number, you may receive tracking updates via SMS, or you can contact us with your order details to receive tracking information.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be changed once placed.
Orders can only be cancelled if processing has not yet begun. Once processing has started, cancellations are not possible.
You can initiate a return upon the arrival of their order in line with our flexible Return Policy.
What happens if my product is broken?
If your bottle arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damaged packaging and the bottle itself at hello@partyshots.com.au. Once received, we will arrange a replacement order for you right away.
Returns & Refunds
What is your Returns Policy?
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect. If we deem the product damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will endeavour to replace your item, and if we cannot replace it, a refund will be provided.
